He Sees, He Knows, He Acts

O Lord, you know all about this. Do not stay silent. Do not abandon me now, O Lord. – Psalm 35:22 (NLT)

Isn’t it incredible to know that God is never out of touch with what we’re going through? Before we even say a word, He already understands. Before we know how to pray, He’s present. That nearness isn’t just comforting, it’s powerful.

David writes this in Psalm 35 during a hard season. He doesn’t try to fix it alone but turns to God who sees clearly and loves deeply. His words are raw and honest: ā€œGod, You know all about this. Please don’t stay silent.ā€

This is trust when life feels out of sync, not pretending or performing, but laying everything before the Lord who knows and cares.

Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 11 of the sacredness of communion, a time when we come fully seen, fully forgiven, and fully loved. We bring our whole selves, wounds, worries, worship, and all.

The story of Esther shows God’s presence even when His name isn’t mentioned. Every delay, every detail was working for deliverance. God moves, even in the silence.

So today, whatever you carry, know this: God sees you, knows your needs, and is deeply involved, always working for your good. You are not forgotten.

Reflection Question: Where do you most need to rest in the truth that God sees you and is already working on your behalf?

Prayer: Father, thank You for being the God who sees me. Thank You for knowing the things I can’t explain and carrying what I cannot hold. Help me to rest in Your nearness and trust that You are at work in every detail. In Jesus name, Amen.
